  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and strong pipeline management.
  • Engage with leads through calls, texts, and follow-ups until resolution.
  • Collaborate with the team via Slack and internal tools.
  • Communicate with excellence and deliver a world-class client experience.

  • You manage your own calendar and daily hours - but operate as a full-time team member.
  • Requires high discipline, resilience, and strong ownership.

Compensation
