Position: Water Mitigation Technician
Location: Norcross, GA / Cumming, GA
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate water-damaged properties to determine the extent of damage and required restoration measures.
  • Operate specialized drying, extraction, and mitigation equipment to remove water, dry structures, and minimize mold growth.
  • Perform restoration-related cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, mold remediation, and debris removal.
  • Support fire damage restoration projects as needed.
  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, and restoration equipment for structural drying and repair activities.
