Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full project lifecycle โ€” from kickoff to completion โ€” across multiple job sites
  • Coordinate with the company president, subcontractors, clients, and office staff daily
  • Provide hands-on carpentry work when needed.
  • Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation
  • Manage project schedules, deliveries, site installations, and subcontractor coordination
  • Track labor, materials, and job costs to maintain budget alignment
  • Conduct site visits and field measurements to ensure accurate planning and execution
  • Issue progress updates and reporting to internal teams and clients
Qualifications
  • 5โ€“7+ years of experience in commercial, hospitality, and/or residential construction.
  • Restaurant building experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing carpentry-heavy builds and interior finish projects
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (JobTread or similar)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable balancing field oversight with office-based responsibilities
