Veritas Systems Construction is growingand we are seriously considering adding a second construction crew.
Were looking for proven construction professionals, as well as high-potential candidates who may have less experience but bring exceptional discipline, attention to detail, coachability, and the ability to learn quickly.
Our crews install PERKA, BARNfixer, and Miracle Truss hybrid building systems, combining structural steel with traditional framing to create shops, barns, commercial buildings, and specialty structures.
Our projects are carefully planned before construction begins so our crews can work safely, efficiently, and with purpose. Our field leadership includes a Construction Engineering graduate with nearly 15 years of experience and a 20-plus-year construction veteran who previously operated his own company.
This is an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop valuable building skills, and potentially help establish the foundation of our next crew.

Pay and Growth Opportunities
$20$32 per hour, based on demonstrated skills, experience, responsibility, and performance:
High-Potential / Developing Professional: $20$24
Skilled Installer: $24$27
Highly Skilled / Lead-Level Professional: $27$32

Responsibilities:
Install steel and hybrid building systems
Perform framing, metal siding, and metal roofing work
Read and follow blueprints and construction plans
Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
Safely operate tools and construction equipment
Work safely at heights when required
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Communicate clearly and work effectively with the crew
Help complete projects safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards


Qualifications:
Relevant construction experience preferred, including steel buildings, framing, roofing, siding, carpentry, or general construction
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Blueprint-reading ability preferred
Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work
Willingness to learn new building systems and methods
Reliable transportation
Ability to occasionally travel regionally and stay overnight when a project requires it
