QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of residential carpentry experience
  • Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling practices, tools, and safety
  • Physical ability to perform all tasks required, including lifting up to 80 lbs
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A LEAD CARPENTER APPRENTICE

  • Complete Home Services work including warranty repairs, small-scale remodels, and general carpentry tasks.
  • Support both design-build remodeling and Home Services projects as assigned.
  • Communicate daily with clients and team members as needed to support project flow.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and client home environment.
  • Complete daily time tracking and assist with change order documentation.
  • Communicate project concerns to the Senior Carpenter or Production Manager as needed.
