Full-time Physician Hospitalist - Nocturnist
CaroMont Regional Medical Center

Outstanding employment opportunity for a BE/BC, US residency trained Physician or Hospitalist-Nocturnist to join a team of more than (40) forty Hospitalists and Nocturnists in a thriving, independent community hospital. This full-time opportunity features a 7 on/ 7 off schedule with a mix of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts.
CaroMont Regional Medical Center, an independent not-for-profit healthcare system, has a 476-bed main campus located in Gastonia, NC, along with a brand-new state-of-the-art satellite facility in Belmont, NC. Both campuses are less than 15 miles from Charlotte, NC. CaroMont Health with its multiple affiliates, including a large primary care and specialty physician network (CaroMont Medical Group) and an accredited Cancer Center is fully committed to improving the health status of the community.
Each candidate will enjoy a robust compensation package including; competitive base salary, quality bonus, sign-on bonus, transition allowance, CME, generous benefits, and malpractice coverage, as well as 7 days of annual Non-Productive Paid Time Off (NPPD).
