Exciting Employment Opportunity for Family Medicine Physician!
CaroMont Health is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with a minimum of two years of clinical experience to join our outstanding team at CaroMont Family Medicine-Cramerton. This established, high-performing practice currently includes four Physicians and four Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to a diverse population.
Position Highlights

  • Join a collaborative and supportive team environment with a strong commitment to quality care.
  • Supervise a minimum of six APPs, offering leadership and clinical oversight.
  • Crosstrain and provide coverage for CaroMont Urgent Care as needed.
  • Deliver full-spectrum care, including Pediatrics.
  • Practice in a modern, well-equipped facility with access to CaroMont's extensive resources and network.
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience
  • Active Medical Licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina
  • Experience and willingness to supervise APPs and cover Pediatric patients
  • Flexibility to cross train for Urgent Care
