Maintenance Technician – $25/hr | Electrical + Hydraulic Pro Wanted!

Location: Slinger, WI
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 1st Shift 
Facility Type: Distribution Center

Ready to Be the Backbone of Our Operation?

We’re on the hunt for a mid-level Maintenance Technician who knows their way around electrical panels, hydraulic systems, and fast-paced environments. If you’re the kind of person who can fix it before anyone else even knows it’s broken—you belong here.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on conveyors, forklifts, dock doors, and more
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (motors, sensors, relays, control panels)
  • Diagnose and maintain hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders)
  • Keep detailed records in our CMMS system
  • Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and on time
  • Hold external contractors accountable for quality, safety, and timely completion of work
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize downtime
  • Work closely with operations and safety teams to keep everything running smooth
What You Bring:
  • Age of 18 or older
  • 3–5 years of industrial or warehouse maintenance experience
  • Strong skills in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
  • Comfortable with tools, meters, and diagnostic gear
  • High school diploma or GED (tech school = bonus!)
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
