We're seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing market data, supporting pricing strategies, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Pricing Analyst will play a key role in evaluating pricing performance, maintaining pricing systems, and supporting product marketing initiatives through market segmentation and competitive insights.
What you will be doing:
  • Collect and analyze data related to market conditions, cost structures, and competitor pricing
  • Develop insights and recommendations to support pricing strategies and standardization
  • Monitor and analyze market price intelligence to identify trends and leading indicators
  • Model pricing scenarios to predict the impact of changes on business performance
  • Review daily order activity to ensure pricing accuracy
  • Manage the RFQ pricing mailbox and respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Product Management to ensure pricing aligns with margin targets
  • Review and validate customer pricing credit claims
  • Set up new customers and pricing structures within the Customer Master system
  • Maintain and update pricing structures using Advanced Pricing in EnterpriseOne (E1)
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of pricing data across systems
  • Support new item setup processes and manage NIR pricing requests
  • Prepare recurring sales reports and pricing analyses for internal and external stakeholders
  • Generate customer-facing price sheets and RFQ responses in required formats
  • Support Product Marketing with segmentation analysis and market share tracking
  • Identify data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations, or related analytical field required
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis, or data analytics
  • Experience working with pricing systems and ERP tools preferred
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, graphing)
  • Experience with SQL, PowerPoint, and data visualization techniques preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage complex issues and make sound decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Highly analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
