Job description

The Titan location in Edwardsville, KS, has openings for Assembly/Material Handler I employees. The role primarily involves assembling and mounting tires on wheels within our distribution facility. Other tasks include loading and unloading trucks by hand as needed. The ideal candidate will enjoy physical work and the ability to move around during the workday. Employees must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the work day and have a keen eye for detail.
Summary of Responsibility:
  • Assemble and mount tires on wheels according to specifications.
  • Inspect tires and wheels for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. May also substitute company-provided GED Works program within 1 year of hire.
  • Previous experience in tire and wheel assembly is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to perform physical labor, including loading and unloading trucks.
