GM Sectec, the fastest growing security and technology provider in Latin America and the Caribbean, is looking for Operators to manage intrusion alarms received from commercial systems. Attend all activations generated by the alarm systems. Validate activations through the use of videos.

Responsabilities:

  • Attend all activations generated by the alarm systems. Validate activations through the use of videos.
  • Guarantee the fulfillment of all the tasks to sustain UL certification.
  • Comply with all established protocols.

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to use the telephone switchboard.
