Pay: $1962/weekCompletion Bonus: Up to $6900 total ( You will receive $2300 after the successful completion of each of your first 3 contracts with us)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and resilient Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions. The ICU RN is responsible for providing advanced monitoring, managing complex medical equipment, and implementing life-sustaining interventions. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, can remain calm and effective under pressure, and has extensive experience in a high-acuity environment. This role demands strong clinical judgment and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct, high-acuity care to critically ill patients.
  • Monitor and manage various complex medical devices, including ventilators, IV pumps, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
  • Administer life-sustaining medications and interventions with precision and accuracy.
  • Assess patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status.
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other specialists to develop and execute care plans.
  • Educate and support patients and their families through difficult and stressful situations.
  • Document all patient care, assessments, and interventions meticulously.

Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in Texas.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) may be required depending on the unit.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a ICU nursing experience.
  • COVID vaccine and recent TB test are required.
