Unit Cath Lab RN - SAH

Suites/Labs: 2 Cath Labs, 2 EP Labs, 1 Hybrid Room

Cases per day on average: 17 total

Required Certifications: ACLS

Common Diagnoses/Types of Patients: Typical cardiac patients, acute MI, electrophysiology, structural heart

Job Duties: Monitor and circulate

Experience or 'Must have' Skills: Prior cath lab experience

EMR/Equipment: EPIC and MacLab

Cardiologist Hours/On Call: 07-1730. 4 X 10's. Around 9 days of call per 6 week schedule

Manager/Charge Nurse: Vacant Manager role, charge nurse and director Cath Lab Techs RCIS

Shifts & Scheduling: Combination of assigned and self schedule

Weeknight/Call Requirements: Yes, generally 1 night per week

Weekend/Call Requirements: Yes, generally 1 weekend per 6 week schedule

Holiday/Call Requirements: Some

Call Response Time: 30 minutes

Floating Requirements: No floating outside of unit, if an extreme need could float within Zone 3: OCH, LUH, SAH, SAN
