The Business Development Manager is responsible for building and managing the systems that power UNL’s strategy, data, and execution.

Position Summary:

This role translates organizational needs into functional systems by designing, configuring, and integrating core platforms (including CRM, data tracking tools, and dashboards). The Business Development Manager ensures that leadership has clear, accurate, and actionable insights to drive performance, identifies gaps, eliminates inefficiencies, and builds scalable solutions that improve how the organization tracks progress, measures impact, and makes decisions.

The ideal candidate combines technical capability with operational thinking, with experience in project management, CRM configuration, API integrations, data architecture, and dashboard development. They are proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable building in environments where systems are still evolving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Execution & Accountability
  • Track all CoFounder organizational strategic priorities, ensuring alignment, momentum, and execution across teams.
  • Maintain a centralized system for tracking initiatives, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive followthrough on leadership commitments by monitoring action items and holding stakeholders accountable.
  • Flag timesensitive issues, bottlenecks, and risks that require executive intervention.
  • Lead special projects from concept to execution, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and at a high standard.

  • Design and maintain dashboards that track progress against strategic priorities and key performance indicators.

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across systems. Identify gaps in data, reporting, or systems and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure alignment between data collection, reporting structures, and executive decisionmaking needs.
  • Deliver regular executivelevel summaries on performance, risks, and opportunities across the organization.
  • Recommend and implement aiintegrated systems to drive organizational efficiency
  • Project Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead systemrelated projects from concept through implementation, including discovery, testing, and rollout.
  • Establish and document workflows, processes, and system guidelines for internal use.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
