Responsibilities
• Process all Car Deals daily
• Review and ensure the accuracy of all incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax in the deal
• Pull warranties and gaps from the deal for processing, including cancellations
• Process all Payoffs on trades as soon as possible, including any payoff differences
• Process and follow all necessary steps for rollbacks
• Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
• Knowledge of the Automotive industry is mandatory
• Proficiency in Computers: Microsoft Office, databases, and spreadsheets
• Full-time availability
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills with both employees and guests
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
