Position Responsibilities * Lead full lifecycle capture efforts from opportunity identification through proposal submission * Conduct opportunity shaping and early customer engagement * Develop capture plans, win strategies, and PWin assessments * Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders * Lead go/no-go decisions and competitive positioning * Establish teaming strategies and partnerships * Collaborate across BD, proposals, pricing, recruiting, and leadership * Support proposal development and compliance inputs * Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities Required Qualifications Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance - 8+ years in federal capture or BD roles - DoD experience (USMC, USAF, USN preferred) - Experience shaping opportunities pre-RFP - Knowledge of FAR/DFARS lifecycl Preferred Qualifications * Prior military experience (Marine Corps preferred) * Existing DoD relationships * Shipley methodology familiarity * Tools: GovWin, SAM.gov, Capture2Proposal
