Backed by the resources and expertise of the Beyond Risk platform, we help employers and broker partners reduce healthcare costs, improve financial predictability, and gain greater control over employee benefits through innovative self-funded and captive insurance solutions.

We're seeking a driven Associate Captive Sales Executive to help grow our medical stop-loss captive programs. • Build and maintain relationships with employee benefits brokers, consultants, CFOs, HR leaders, business owners, and other key decision-makers
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate opportunities with middle-market, upper middle-market, and national account employers
  • Educate prospects and partners on self-funded health plans, medical stop-loss, captive insurance, and healthcare cost management strategies
  • Lead opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and close
  • Collaborate with underwriting, account management, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes and support retention efforts
  • Represent BevCap at industry conferences, broker meetings, networking events, and client presentations
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurate sales activity within Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Travel as needed to support business development, client meetings, and market-facing events
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or consulting experience in medical stop-loss, self-funded employee benefits, captive insurance, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business goals
  • Established relationships with employee benefits brokers, consultants, or employer decision-makers
  • Working knowledge of self-funded health plans, medical stop-loss, and employee benefits strategies
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to explain complex insurance and financial concepts to executive audiences
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Active Accident & Health Insurance License preferred, or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a flexible work environment
What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation with strong earning potential
  • Access to proprietary captive solutions and established market relationships
  • Flexible remote work environment
  • Exceptional health insurance with spouse and family coverage options
  • Dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with 4% company match
  • Four weeks of PTO
  • Access to BevCap's headquarters and team resources in McKinney, Texas
  • Significant advancement opportunities within a fast-growing organization
