Systems Engineer

Capstone Research Corporation is seeking to expand our team. Capstone Research Corporation is headquartered in Huntsville Alabama. We are a customer-oriented engineering services company providing world class research and development support across the Department of Defense (DoD): Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Missile Defense Agency (MDA). We have an immediate opening for an IF-D ABADS Systems Engineer to work in Huntsville, Alabama.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to facilitate and synchronize ABADS integration between PEO C3BM and PAE Fires.
  • Support the development of operational concepts and interface requirements to ensure ABADS sensors and effectors are fully integrated into Joint IAMD architectures
  • Provide direct systems engineering expertise to execute the PAE Fires Integrated Fires Roadmap, focusing on mission-critical interoperability between Army and Joint command and control (C2) nodes.
  • Coordinate efforts across all programs within PAE Fires as well as multiple government and industry partners
  • Provide periodic program reviews and technical presentations to high-ranking Government stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test, incorporating complex threat scenarios
  • Experience with complex system of systems programs/projects across their lifecycle from concept definition through fielding and sustainment.
  • Experience with and in-depth knowledge of DoD operations, concepts, and technologies
  • Good problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Secret Security Clearance
  • BS Engineering with minimum of 5 years of technical and project management experience.
  • Must be US Citizen
