About the Job

ย An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reservations Assistant Managerย to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.

  • The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensure the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance aligned with Reservations KPI objectives.ย 

  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies.ย 

  • Supervise and ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, finance, visas, and group bookings.ย 

  • Identify and escalate risks related to revenue, finance, and guest experience to senior management for proactive resolution.ย 

  • Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution.ย 

  • Keep the department updated with property information, service offerings, new rates, and selling strategies to enhance operational efficiency.ย 

About You ย 
ย 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Hold aย Aย Bachelor'sย Degreeย in Hotel management from an accredited and renowned University.ย 

  • Haveย 3ย -ย 4ย years ofย experience as Reservations Assistant Manager orย similar role in hospitality.ย 

  • Haveย qualification in Revenue Management(Desirable).

  • Demonstrateย excellent knowledge of PMS Systems.

  • Show Leadership and attention toย details skills.
