About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Reservations Agent (Saudi National Talent)ย to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Represent and champion the Jumeirah Brand by displaying all Hallmarks and promotingย businessย values in all interactionsย ย 

  • Proactivelyย promotingย all properties and services within the Jumeirah portfolio in a friendly,ย professionalย and efficient manner upselling whereย appropriate toย achieve all revenue objectivesย 

  • Achieve targets set by Jumeirah for revenue, quality, customer serviceย standardsย and productivityย 

  • Achieveย minimumย standards related to external reservation audits for LQA, Forbesย and IFH call standardsย 

  • Proactively handle and resolveย all market and segment channelย relatedย queries and escalations through all channels which may include Telephone, emailย & chat within agree response timesย 


About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • A servicedriven professional with 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality environment, preferably within a luxury 5star hotel.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective coordination with internal stakeholders including Front Office, Finance, and Food & Beverage teams.
  • Proven ability to interact professionally with guests, visitors, travel agents, tour operators, and DMC partners, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
  • Holder of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field considered an advantage, and a genuine passion for guest experience excellence.
