Bartender Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, attentive service to all guests, offering menu insights, wine recommendations, and a polished bar experience.
  • Set up the bar for success—stocking, cleaning, checking par levels, and preparing recipes according to Capri standards.
  • Mix and serve beverages with precision and efficiency, maintaining consistency in quality and presentation.
  • Practice suggestive selling to enhance the dining experience while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all service areas.
  • Comply with all state and local alcohol service laws.
  • Communicate clearly with managers and team members to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

  • Experience with Aloha POS or similar systems preferred.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • A professional demeanor and genuine passion for hospitality are essential.
