Job description

Capitol Chevrolet is seeking a high-caliber Finance Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for a driven, ethical, and process-focused professional who delivers exceptional customer experiences while maximizing dealership profitability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Secure and finalize all finance and insurance (F&I) transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain clean CIT at all times by ensuring complete, compliant, and properly funded deals.
  • Present financing options, aftermarket products, and protection packages with transparency and confidence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, and financial partners.
  • Ensure full compliance with state/federal regulations, dealership policies, and lender guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Management to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Monitor deal flow, funding timelines, and contract integrity.
  • Drive high PVR performance while maintaining ethical, customer-first standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of Automotive Finance Manager experience (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of running clean CIT and maintaining exceptional funding timelines.
  • Strong understanding of financing structures, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
  • High-level professionalism, communication skills, and customer service background.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
  • CDK/Darwin/RouteOne experience a must
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
