We're currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office in Hanover, MD.

Responsibilities

  • Organize project and installation schedules
  • Support our kitchen department with administrative tasks
  • Communicate with suppliers, installers, sales reps, and customers
  • Handle invoicing and documentation
  • Assist with various coordination efforts across teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of customer service experience (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
