We're currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office in Hanover, MD.

Responsibilities
- Organize project and installation schedules
- Support our kitchen department with administrative tasks
- Communicate with suppliers, installers, sales reps, and customers
- Handle invoicing and documentation
- Assist with various coordination efforts across teams
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of customer service experience (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
- A strong desire to learn and grow in a long-term career

- This position is in-person at our Hanover, MD corporate office.
