Physical Therapist Position in Yarmouth, MA

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients in Yarmouth, MA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay activeโ€”whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
  • Willingness to follow a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations with a goal of approximately 12 patients per day.
  • Participation in mentorship and continuing education as required by the employer.
Compensation & Incentives:
  • Base salary structure starting at competitive rates commensurate with experience.
  • Signing and performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Student loan repayment program up to $20,000 over four years; if no student loans, an equivalent cash bonus may be provided.
