Position at Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists
Veterinary Urgent Care Technician
Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists is looking for an Urgent care technician to assist the veterinarian in seeing non-critical, urgent cases presenting through our ER service. You will assist with various cases and tasks throughout the patient's visit, such as, but not limited to, bandage changes, ear cytologies, urinary tract infections, and lameness exams.Be part of a talented, cohesive, and compassionate team focused on providing exceptional patient care and client service. This is a full time position.
We offer an extensive in house training program with incentives to pass nursing levels. We fully support your desire to obtain your CVT and/or VTS and offer a generous education allowance based on experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2 years General Practice experience (preferred)

You might also have:
  • CVT, RVT, or LVT (or desire to obtain)

Schedule and compensation:
  • Compensation range: $22 to $32/hr
  • Schedule includes swings, weekends, and a holiday rotation
