Summary
Test Manager will lead complex Healthcare system and network testing across all phases, including integration, interoperability, field testing, and customer acceptance. Designs and maintains advanced test processes and diagnostic programs, resolves critical operational issues, supports quality and reliability initiatives, partners with clients on requirements and implementation, and provides leadership to less experienced team members.
Your role in our mission
  • Performs highly complex testing and analyzes network systems development including integration, systems testing, interoperability testing, field test plans and customer acceptance plans to maintain the credibility/viability of the system.
  • Investigates and resolves operational matters of significance in conjunction with other engineering and technical support to ensure cost effective and efficient resolution of problems.
  • Designs, develops, implements and maintains test processes and diagnostic programs for the most complex system testing. Completes specifications and procedures for new products.
  • Writes test plans for all levels of testing. Maintains records of test progress, documents test results, prepares reports and presents results to as appropriate.
  • Works with clients to determine systems requirements; writes proposals to recommend process/program and follows through on implementation.
  • Participates with engineering management in the development, maintenance and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs.
  • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

What we're looking for
  • 9 or more years of Network Healthcare Testing experience
  • Experience in Claims, Provider and Enrollment Domains
  • Experience in Handling Complex E2E projects
  • Hands on Automation Engineer, preferably experience with Selenium
  • Experience with Test Management tools
  • Client Management

  • Remote within the US with occasional travel may be required
  • Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $121,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
