What You'll Do
Auris is seeking to grow a Sales Development team as a strategic part of our fast-growing sales organization. This team is responsible for positioning our acquisitions offerings to the markets we serve and delivering highly qualified leads to the Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions team.
As a Auris Sales Development Representative (SDR), it is your role to seek new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients to open discussions for future acquisition negotiations. In your role as a SDR, you are a major driving force for the company's growth by increasing sales and contributing to the long-term success of Auris by creating highly qualified opportunities for the M&A team.

What Are We Looking for in this Role?
The most effective SDR is a self-starter, who is driven to succeed and contribute to the overall success of their team and the organization. Success is earned by working hard, being thoughtful and embracing creativity. You will be trained, coached and developed as an SDR and, as you perform at a high level, there will be multiple areas to grow into through your career at Auris, with unlimited earning potential.
Qualifications
  • Proven B2B Sales Development & Appointment-Setting Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and qualifying high-value targets in a professional services or financial-adjacent space.

  • CPA/Payroll Portfolio Market Knowledge: Familiarity with CPA practices, payroll portfolios, and what drives value in an acquisition (revenue mix, client retention, staff integration.

  • Advanced Discovery, Qualification, and Early-Stage Qualification Skills: Strong ability to uncover need, timing, and buying criteria; proficient with qualification frameworks.

  • Exceptional Communication & Relationship-Building: Highly polished written and verbal communication; credible, trust-building dialogue with CPA owners and partners.

  • Organizational Discipline, CRM & Tech Fluency: Systematic, data-driven approach to prospecting, pipeline management, and scheduling; proficient with CRM and sales automation tools.
