Position Description: 

The marketing department is the walking talking face of our business, so it is important that our representatives are able to communicate well and make a connection with potential clients quickly. The Marketing Manager will oversee our Field Marketing Department of 10-25 canvassing representatives. They will reinforce the practices, policies, and procedures set forth by the Vice President in addition to tracking and maintaining the production of the department. You will need to think strategically, on your feet, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities: 

  • Learn and execute our field marketing system to generate leads and drive revenue
  •  Understand and manage marketing performance metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI)
  • Build, train, and develop a team of 1025 field marketers
  • Track performance using spreadsheets and internal systems to ensure targets are hit
  • Lead by exampleespecially early on, when you'll be in the field alongside your team
  • Maintain and improve scripts, processes, and daily execution
  • Create a competitive, high-energy team environment focused on results
  • Travel to different markets for training and development as needed

  • Strong confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets, and performance tracking
  • Natural ability to communicate, influence, and build quick rapport with others
  • Highly coachable with the ability to follow structured systems and processes
