Job description

If you are an enthusiastic individual with great communication skills, join the Champion Windows team! We are looking for a motivated Canvassing Manager to work gathering leads throughout the community as well as at Champion retail, event, and show locations. This position will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, collecting leads, as well as setting appointments. 

Your specific duties as a Canvassing Manager will include:

  •          Lead using a “show you, show me, reinforce” approach to training
  •          Recruit and train a team of Canvassers
  •          Research and locate communities for team to canvass within
  •          Supervise all Canvassers, address performance concerns as needed
  •          Schedule appointments for Champion Factory Representatives to meet with homeowners
  •          Exceed weekly, monthly, and annual performance targets
  •          Manage Payroll

As a Canvassing Manager you must be a self-motivated individual. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical for your success in this role.

Specific qualifications for the Canvassing Manager position include:

  •          High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  •          Excellent written and verbal communication
  •          2-5 years in experience in Sales
  •          Ability to lead a team of canvassers
  •          Ability to demonstrate products and engage potential customers
  •          Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours
  •          Clean driving record, and the ability to travel by personal vehicle up to one hour from the showroom location
  •          Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends
