Overview:
The Manager, Operations Procurement owns the Company's operations procurement program, managing all purchasing for non-retail goods and services and serving as the business owner for Order.co, Sage Intacct, and Concur. This role oversees vendor relationships, procurement systems, and financial purchasing controls to keep purchasing accurate, compliant, and efficient.
Working closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Cultivation, Facilities, Marketing, and IT, the Manager ensures purchases are approved appropriately and aligned with company budgets and policies. Retail cannabis purchasing and dispensary product procurement are managed separately by the Manager, Retail Procurement.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage sourcing and purchasing for all non-retail goods and services, negotiating pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements to optimize cost and quality.
  • Develop and maintain preferred supplier relationships, monitor vendor performance, and resolve purchasing or invoicing issues.
  • Partner with departments across the organization on procurement requests, sourcing initiatives, and contract renewals.
  • Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as business owner and primary administrator for Order.co, Sage Intacct, and Concur, maintaining catalogs, workflows, user access, spend limits, and permissions.
  • Create, code, and process purchase orders in Sage Intacct, and coordinate receiving and invoice reconciliation.
  • Maintain vendor master records, coordinate onboarding, and ensure purchasing complies with approval limits and financial controls.
  • Prepare spend analysis and procurement reporting, monitoring purchasing activity and tracking corporate spend by category and department.
  • Partner with Accounting and IT to develop procurement policies, improve procure-to-pay workflows, and identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.
  • Manufacturing raw materials, packaging, and production supplies

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; or equivalent related experience.
  • 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
  • Experience supporting multi-site cannabis operations and packaging.
  • Hands-on experience with Order.co (or a similar procurement platform), Sage Intacct (or similar ERP experience).
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, systems, and vendor management.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

The posted compensation range reflects the potential range for this role across multiple U.S. markets. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
Remote Pay Range
$90,000-$110,000 USD
