Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management tools, and state-specific tracking software like METRC is typically required. These skills ensure legal compliance, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to smooth and responsible dispensary operations.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of a Cannabis Associate in a dispensary setting?

Cannabis Associates are primarily responsible for assisting customers with product selection, answering questions about strains and usage, and ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations.
