Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Processing Associate to support the daily operations of our cannabis processing department. This hands-on role is responsible for assisting with product preparation, inventory handling, packaging support, and maintaining compliance standards throughout the processing workflow.

The Processing Associate will work closely with the Processing Team and Manager to ensure products are accurately prepared, organized, and processed according to company procedures and state regulations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing quality work, and values teamwork and accountability.

Pay & Schedule
  • Pay: $17-$19 per hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Must be able to work AM or PM shifts based on business needs
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily cannabis processing activities
  • Perform bucking, sorting, weighing, and batching of cannabis products
  • Prepare products for packaging and distribution
  • Assist with bus tub preparation for trim teams
  • Maintain accurate inventory handling procedures
  • Follow chain-of-custody and compliance requirements
  • Support Dutchie-related processing and inventory activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies
  • Report inventory discrepancies, quality concerns, or operational issues to management
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
  • Cannabis processing, trimming, packaging, production, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
  • Reliable, professional, and dependable
  • Willingness to learn inventory systems and compliance procedures
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work as needed
