Job description

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: In-person, Phoenix, AZ 85009

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4 10-hour shifts (6:30am–5:00pm), Occasional overtime on Fridays

Compensation: Starting at $16.50/hour

Flow Distribution is seeking Production Associates who value consistency, follow-through, and attention to detail to support high-volume cannabis manufacturing operations.

This role supports multiple stages of the manufacturing process, including packaging, foundational production tasks, and occasional machine-related work as training and performance allow. Associates in this position play a critical role in maintaining product quality, meeting production goals, and ensuring compliance with company SOPs and Arizona state cannabis regulations.

Training & Onboarding

All employees are required to complete a foundational packaging and production training period before being considered for additional responsibilities. The first 60–90 days focus on packaging, SOP compliance, production flow, and demonstrating reliability and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Package cannabis products according to SOPs (counting, labeling, sealing, boxing)
  • Support daily production and manufacturing operations
  • Perform visual quality checks and report discrepancies
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces
  • Meet individual and team production goals
  • Support other departments and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing, production, or packaging experience preferred
  • Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Active AZDHS Facility Agent card (preferred)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an AZDHS Facility Agent Card
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
  • Prolonged standing, sitting, and repetitive motions
  • Comfortable working around cannabis and production materials
