About the Role
We're seeking reliable, motivated Production Associates to support daily operations. This full-time, hourly role offers strong benefits and paid, on-the-job training—an ideal entry point for those looking to start or advance a career in the cannabis industry.
What You Will Do
Production Associates support all aspects of flower processing, including trimming, weighing, assembling, and packaging. Responsibilities include:
  • Trimming, weighing, assembling, and packaging cannabis flower
  • Preparing cannabis for prerolls
  • Applying compliance labels to finished products
  • Accurately tracking weights and inventory during production
  • Counting, processing, and packing finished goods for distribution
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Participating in physical inventory counts
  • Caring for and maintaining equipment
  • Meeting production goals set by team leads and managers
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned
This role involves repetitive motions and extended periods of standing or sitting.
What We Are Looking For
Preferred Experience:
  • 1-2 years of cannabis production or dry trim experience (preferred, not required)
  • 1-2 years of production or distribution experience (preferred)
Requirements:
  • Must be 21+
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday between 7:00am-4:00pm, with occasional overtime or weekends
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong reliability and punctuality
  • Able to work independently, stay focused, and adjust to changing priorities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $17.00
Pay may vary depending on qualifications, experience, and skill level.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
