Type: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday 5:30am - 2pm
Location: North Hollywood, CA

Mammoth Distribution is hiring full-time Production & Packaging Associates to join our cannabis production operation in North Hollywood-convenient to Burbank, Van Nuys, Glendale, and the San Fernando Valley. In this role you'll work the production line, package orders, and keep our operation running accurately and efficiently. No cannabis experience required-we provide training. If you have production, assembly, packaging, or general labor experience and want a stable full-time position with benefits, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Work the production line with consistent speed and accuracy to meet daily quotas
  • Complete repetitive packaging tasks including box assembly, packing, and labeling
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards; follow all written and verbal work instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety guidelines
  • Report safety hazards to management and attend all required safety and production training
  • Rotate into different departments and roles as directed; adapt to shifting priorities
  • Identify ways to boost efficiency without compromising quality
What You'll Bring
  • 1+ year of production, assembly, packaging, or general labor experience strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic English proficiency to follow instructions and coordinate with the team
  • Reliable, consistent attendance Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm; able to work overtime as needed
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude; punctual and dependable
  • Attention to detail and patience for repetitive tasks
Physical Requirements
  • On your feet for the entire 8-hour shift
  • Ability to lift items from 15 to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Full range of motion: bend, reach, twist, push, pull, grasp, squeeze, pinch
  • Manual dexterity to operate hand tools and machinery
  • Ability to stay focused and accurate during repetitive tasks
