What are the main challenges candy shop employees face during peak seasons?

During peak seasons such as holidays or local festivals, candy shop employees often experience a significant increase in customer volume, which can make it challenging to maintain top-quality customer service and keep shelves well-stocked. What are candy shop employees responsible for?

Candy shop employees are responsible for assisting customers with their candy selections, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. They may also handle cash register transactions, answer questions about different types of candy, and prepare gift packages or displays. In some candy shops, employees help make or package sweets and adhere to food safety standards to ensure product quality. Overall, their main goal is to provide excellent customer service and create a pleasant shopping experience.
