Candy shop employees are responsible for assisting customers with their candy selections, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. They may also handle cash register transactions, answer questions about different types of candy, and prepare gift packages or displays. In some candy shops, employees help make or package sweets and adhere to food safety standards to ensure product quality. Overall, their main goal is to provide excellent customer service and create a pleasant shopping experience.

To thrive as a Candy Shop Worker, you need basic math skills, customer service experience, and knowledge of food safety standards, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent.
