What You’ll Do
  • Craft the Experience: You’ll be the heart of the café and candy shop, whipping up gourmet coffee, serving delicious grill items, and hand-crafting fudge and candy that makes every customer's day a little sweeter.
  • Master the Menu: From the deli line to the barista station, you’ll become an expert in our recipes and food safety, ensuring every treat is prepared to perfection and every guest enjoys a world-class dining environment.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.

  • Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
  • Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
  • Physicality: This is a "medium work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
  • Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

This is is a year round position, NOT a seasonal role.  

Schedule & Compensation
  • Hours: Average of 15-20 hours per week
  • The Shift: 2-3 shift per week during the day (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or evening shift (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM). 
  • Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Pay: The hourly rate posted is a base hourly wage of $17.00/HR.
