WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $155,000 - $205,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team supporting FDIC IT Support Services in Arlington, VA.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Combination of 12 years Information Technology experience, including 5 years of experience in a Management or Supervisory capacity, plus 3 years of experience in the functional area of the project to be managed.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Computer Science, Engineering or in the project’s functional area

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for managing very complex and/or high risk programs; supervises assigned staff; performs business
    development activities; performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Prepares and maintains the program integrated schedule and budget.
  • Prepares and delivers status reports to the customer.
  • Primary point of contact for the customer.
  • Oversees all work and takes corrective action as necessary to ensure project success. Manages staffing,
    budget, prioritization, and other personnel matters.
