Location: Quantico, VA

Clearance: Secret

Overview: Provides overall leadership and serves as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring successful delivery of all contract requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct program performance, schedules, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Lead transition-in/out, staffing continuity, and governance.
  • Manage quality control and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee coordination of all Key Personnel and team members.

Requirements:

  • Education: BA/BS with 10+ years (Master’s preferred); or 20 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
  • Certifications: One of PMP, DAWIA PM, CISSP, CISM, CCISO, CASP+, or CGRC/CAP.
  • Experience: ≥10 years program/contract management, with ≥5 years IT/Network Ops leadership.
