In this role, you will report to the Global VP of Marketing and Digital Communications and work with the growth office, client development and win work teams as well the broader team of communications, marketing and digital communications professionals.

The Global Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing communication strategies that enhance brand awareness, support business growth objectives, and drive engagement across multiple channels. Your work will directly contribute to business growth, brand positioning and attracting and retaining talent across the global Engineering Services and Nuclear sector.

To succeed, you'll need a strong understanding of the global Engineering Services market and the built environment, the markets AtkinsRealis works within, including its competitive and client landscape. You will need to be able to join the dots, leveraging global and regional synergies, content and resources whilst ensuring all campaigns land appropriately for each targeted audience.

Your role
  • Develop global campaign strategies aligned to business, market, client, brand, and revenue objectives.
  • Translate corporate goals into integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Define target audiences, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies aligned to revenue targets.
  • Work with client development team to prioritize target accounts.
  • Define account-level value propositions and messaging tailored to key stakeholders.
  • Build integrated campaign plans across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, expansion, retention) working closely with market and growth teams and in collaboration with internal and external communications colleagues.
  • Work with regional teams to adapt global campaigns to ensure local market relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all touchpoints, oversee development of campaign creative and content assets (ads, landing pages, email, social, video).
  • Align stakeholders on campaign objectives, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Define and track campaign KPIs (MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, ROI, engagement).
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, web analytics) to monitor performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization of campaigns.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and insights to leadership.
  • Build campaign roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
