Job description

Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Campaign Coordinator in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. We are seeking a highly organized Campaign Coordinator to support the execution and management of global marketing initiatives for PADI Americas. This role acts as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time and align with brand standards within the scuba diving industry.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22 to $24 Per Hour BOE

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet established deadlines.
  • Facilitate regular communication between creative, digital, and social media teams to align on campaign objectives and asset requirements.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive campaign calendars to track promotional activities and resource allocation.
  • Assist in the distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials to regional offices and global partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile detailed reports for stakeholders to evaluate engagement and ROI.
  • Review all campaign assets for brand consistency, messaging accuracy, and compliance with global standards.
  • Manage external vendor relationships for the production and fulfillment of physical and digital campaign materials.
  • Support the setup and deployment of email marketing sequences and digital advertising assets.
  • Organize and archive project assets in the digital asset management system to ensure easy access for future initiatives.
  • Liaise with the sales and member relations teams to ensure campaign goals are communicated and supported across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar campaign-focused role.
  • Proven proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Experience working with digital marketing tools including email automation platforms and social media management suites.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work onsite at the Rancho Santa Margarita, CA office location.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear, reach, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
  • Regularly spend multiple hours using and looking at a computer screen.

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $22 to $24 per hour, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
