Job Description
The Paid Search Sr. Associate executes Search Campaigns and has a strong hand in the strategic approach for search campaigns. The goal for this role is to "bridge" the campaign execution and client objectives, deeply understanding client needs and ensuring our Search execution and management delivers against these goals.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ongoing management, execution, and monitoring of SEM campaigns
  • Oversee day-to-day management of approved budgets and pacing progress, supporting Associate in financial system updates and changes in publisher mix
  • Manage internal status doc, keeping team organized and providing guidance on task approach and timing expectations
  • Partner with Search Associate to train and mentor on Search campaign management and executional best practices
  • Set direction, provide feedback and finalize campaign builds; including keyword research, ad copy creation and overarching campaign architecture
  • Steward submissions through client med/legal review process, and accurately launch new campaigns in alignment with approved assets
  • Partner with Search Supervisor to drive campaign testing and optimization objectives and initiatives, ensuring campaign performance is regularly reviewed
  • Lead reporting work stream by providing insights; giving meaning and next steps to performance data
  • Vocal role in defining our approach and response to client asks or questions, linking client needs to Search solutions and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Support development of Search plan, including budget forecasts, relevant industry trends, competitive insights, lessons learned and/or opportunities to evolve approach to accomplish brand objectives

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of direct Search campaign management
  • Intermediate Expert level proficiency in MS Excel
  • Understanding of search campaign management toolkit including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, etc; able to navigate, establish settings, pull reports, and implement changes across platforms
  • Understanding of Search metrics and how they are connected
  • Healthcare industry knowledge a plus

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
