This role is accountable for delivering data to our downstream partners at the agreed-upon quality bar and schedule and is responsible for understanding and negotiating these standards. We work with various research and engineering teams to take an intake request through to completion of data packets delivered.

Our site location is geared towards more mature data collections, and this role will focus on systems stability and operational throughput. Systems optimization is indexed towards operational flow improvement and analyzing variables we can tune to remove friction from collection operations.
Role & Responsibilities:
-Project Intake: Scope expected site or room changes for a new collection based on requirements, communicating risk areas and complexity that could impact timelines.
-System Development: Work with partner teams to execute collection room changes, integrating any required systems into the collection environment.
-Test Collection: Partner with engineering team to pull functional software/firmware build candidates for testing in the final site location, providing the final sign off with operations that the systems are ready for production
-Collection Training & Ramp: Work with engineering teams and support staff to generate standard operating procedures for a collection and provide training to extended support staff tasked with conducting collections.
-Collection at Scale: Drive the analysis and resolution of issues affecting throughput and quality.
Qualifications:
- BS in one of Systems/Computer/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- 2-4 years proven experience identifying and resolving HW/SW production issues in the field Experience in: Command line interfaces, network systems, server systems, control systems
