Our facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies. Work Environment

This full-time position is located onsite at our outpatient office in Ashburn. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a balanced work-life experience. You will be part of a close-knit team of healthcare professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, all dedicated to providing personalized care to each patient. Our center is designed to optimize patient engagement and recovery, featuring modern treatment spaces and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify each patientโ€™s specific goals and needs, creating tailored treatment plans that address their unique rehabilitation journey.
  • Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and personalized attention during each session.
  • Utilize hands-on techniques and expertise in manual therapy to improve patients' range of motion and mobility while implementing evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and adapt fitness and wellness programs that cater to the individual needs of patients, encouraging their active participation in their recovery.
  • Motivate patients during treatment sessions to foster a sense of empowerment and commitment to their health and wellness objectives.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and healthcare providers, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
  • Thoroughly document all patient interactions and treatment services provided, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly, monitoring each patientโ€™s progress over time.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
