CNA Instructor / Program DirectorCareRite Centers

CareRite Centers is seeking an experienced and motivated CNA Instructor / Program Director to lead and oversee our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program. This role is responsible for coordinating educational programs, training future CNAs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting workforce development initiatives across our healthcare centers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge, teaching experience, leadership abilities, and a passion for developing the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the CNA training program in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement CNA curriculum, training schedules, and classroom instruction
  • Provide hands-on clinical training and supervision to CNA students
  • Monitor student progress, attendance, testing, and competency evaluations
  • Ensure program compliance with all Department of Health and educational requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and program documentation
  • Recruit, mentor, and support students throughout the training process
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to support staffing and workforce development goals
  • Assist with program surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews
  • Promote a positive and professional learning environment
Qualifications
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Previous experience as a CNA Instructor or educator preferred
  • Knowledge of state CNA training program requirements and long-term care regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
  • Ability to effectively teach, mentor, and motivate students
