As a Geriatric Occupational Therapist, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Assessment and evaluation of patients to identify their specific needs, providing a basis for setting personalized goals.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that aim to restore mobility and enhance functional independence.
• Applying evidence-based design in treatments, utilizing modalities geared toward improving motion, mobility, and overall well-being.
• Designing wellness programs that focus on patients’ strengths and rehabilitative needs, enhancing their quality of life while promoting safety and independence.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, advocating for patient needs at every step.

Your primary focus as a Geriatric Occupational Therapist will be our geriatric clientele, many of whom may be dealing with age-related challenges, chronic conditions, or recovery from surgeries. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
