Our facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies. Work Environment

This full-time position is located onsite at our outpatient office in Ashburn. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a balanced work-life experience. You will be part of a close-knit team of healthcare professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, all dedicated to providing personalized care to each patient. Our center is designed to optimize patient engagement and recovery, featuring modern treatment spaces and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify each patient’s specific goals and needs, creating tailored treatment plans that address their unique rehabilitation journey.
  • Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and personalized attention during each session.
  • Utilize hands-on techniques and expertise in manual therapy to improve patients' range of motion and mobility while implementing evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and adapt fitness and wellness programs that cater to the individual needs of patients, encouraging their active participation in their recovery.
  • Motivate patients during treatment sessions to foster a sense of empowerment and commitment to their health and wellness objectives.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and healthcare providers, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
  • Thoroughly document all patient interactions and treatment services provided, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly, monitoring each patient’s progress over time.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Camelback Physical Therapy, we serve a diverse clientele primarily comprising individuals seeking orthopedic rehabilitation. Our patients range from active adults recovering from sports injuries to older adults managing chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Our focus is to provide patient-centered care that maximizes recovery and functional independence while minimizing reliance on medications and invasive procedures.

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
  • No history of disciplinary action or sanctions on the professional record.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and modalities essential for effective rehabilitation.
  • Strong skill set in developing and implementing customized exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings, displaying a deep understanding of common orthopedic conditions and treatments.
  • Experience in managing diverse patient populations and tailoring approaches to a variety of conditions.
  • Background in integrating wellness and fitness programming into physical therapy practice.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
