Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough assessments to identify and address the unique goals and requirements of each patient.
  • Manage a focused patient caseload, typically treating one individual per hour to ensure personalized attention and effective care.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that incorporate various treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
  • Generate tailored wellness and fitness programs to empower patients in enhancing their mobility and functionality.
  • Reduce dependence on medications by exploring non-invasive alternatives to surgeries through dedicated rehabilitation approaches.
  • Mandate the documentation of patient care services to maintain compliance and ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians and specialists to design integrated care pathways that align with best practices.

Compensation and Benefits
