Job Description
I have a client located in Beaumont, TX that has an opportunity for a Receptionist / Dispatcher. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in discussing this role, please click Apply Now.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, along with performing all functions of dispatch including taking and recording service orders, coordinating technicians and arranging for services to be performed, initiating all reports, invoices, and records of all work performed.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be on-site.
Job Duties:
  • Answer Phones
  • Scanning documents into Jonas
  • Schedule and dispatch Residential and Commercial calls
  • Verify timesheets for Residential and Commercial Techs
  • Call customers to schedule maintenance
  • Send ESA Renewals each month
  • Write purchase orders
  • Be willing to take on additional tasks as needed to promote growth in the department
