100% Remote Role

INTERVIEWS ARE NOW CONDUCTED VIA A ZOOM CALL WITH CAMERAS ON. Please have candidate confirm they can join the call via a zoom link, with a functioning webcam so we can see the applicant. Link will be shared with candidate via email once they confirm date and time for interview.
This is a fully remote position. We are open to review resumes from applicants located in these markets: AL, FL, GA, IN, KY, MS, OH, and TX. We are expanding it due to the fact that we will be offering mostly 3rd shifts ending as late as 2am, so PST/MST time zones are welcome to apply.
Physical Demands:
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

- Call center experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer applications.
- Must have a positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle.
Candidates can be selected to work any 8hr shifts that can start as early as 12:30pm EST or ending as late as 2:00am EST. Possible shifts: 12:30-9:00pm, 1:30pm-10:00pm, 3:30pm-12:00am and 5:30pm-2:00am. Please note: Candidates cannot choose their work schedule, but they will be able to provide a shift preference during their interview. They must be available to work on the 2nd and 3rd shift and at least one day of the weekend.

Responsibilities:

Candidates are required to provide their own equipment for this role.
Training is conducted with cameras on, so a webcam is required during the first 2 weeks.
Candidates must demonstrate they can maintain a productive, interruption-free remote work environment.
All Candidates must have:
Internet Service (cannot connect via WIFI) - Must have modem connection - Must be hardwired to computer via ethernet cable. AGENTS CANNOT TAKE CALLS USING WI-FI CONNECTION.
Core i3 with 8GB of RAM or higher
Candidate must have a minimum of 30mbps upload and 40mbps download. Run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net
Candidate must have a minimum of Windows 10 on computer.
Must have modem connection - Must be hardwired to your computer via ethernet cable.
Home computer, monitor and headset that will allow agent to answer calls. Must allow ADT required software to be uploaded to their computer, and have USB headset that is CxOne/NICE compatible for incoming customer interactions.
The below metrics are implemented and monitored:
Schedule Adherence - At least 94% of work attendance
Aftercall Work (ACW) Average - Less than 4 seconds
Call Accuracy - Auditing to ensure script is being followed and correct actions are being taken during calls
