About the Role
aFit is building a pipeline of Call Center Agents for an anticipated high-volume customer service engagement in Indianapolis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and can remain calm and professional while assisting customers with questions or concerns.Call Center Agents will work in a structured, fast-paced environment where accuracy, customer service, and reliability are important to success.
The position is expected to be fully onsite in downtown Indianapolis and will require consistent attendance during scheduled work hours.
What You'll Do
Customer Service & Support
Serve as a helpful and professional first point of contact for customers.
  • Respond to customer questions and requests by phone.
  • Listen carefully to understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
  • Research account information and status using designated systems.
  • Help customers navigate processes and next steps.
  • Escalate questions or issues when additional assistance is needed.
Call Handling & Performance
Deliver consistent service while meeting established performance expectations.
  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Follow established procedures and call-handling guidelines.
  • Work toward customer service, quality, and call-handling goals.
  • Maintain strong schedule adherence throughout the workday.
  • Participate in training and coaching to continuously strengthen performance.
Documentation & Data Entry
Maintain accurate information and protect customer confidentiality.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and accurately.
  • Enter and update information in designated systems.
  • Review information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

Work Environment
