Experience with Avaya CM administration, configuration. Call management Systems (CMS Call Reporting), Call Center Design, Programming, and Administration. Hardware Analysis and Troubleshooting. MicroSoft Lync experience a plus. Major Plus - Dept of Ed Security Clearance Level 2.
Avaya CM administration and configuration, Voice & Data Architecture, Voice XML, UNIX, hardware and software troubleshooting, MS Lync a plus. Voice Mail Systems (Audix), Unix Systems Adminstration of CMS.
Interactive Intrelligence experience is a plus.
