The Call Center Coordinator is a first-line sales manager responsible for driving team performance, providing real-time floor support, managing operational workflows like timecards, and coaching sales agents to meet revenue goals. Job Summary
We are seeking a performance-driven Call Center Coordinator to lead our frontline sales team. In this role, you will act as the first line of management, serving as the go-to resource for agents' real-time questions, managing daily timecards, and conducting regular performance coaching. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, balances administrative tasks with people development, and is passionate about helping sales agents hit their targets.
Key Responsibilities
Frontline Support & Issue Resolution
  • Serve as the primary on-floor contact for sales agents to answer live campaign, product, and script questions for mobile sales.
  • Handle real-time customer escalations and diffuse complex objections to help agents close deals.

Employee Coaching & Performance Development
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions focused on sales techniques, objection handling, and pitch execution.
  • Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure compliance, high quality, and optimal conversion rates.
  • Deliver actionable feedback to help underperforming agents meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
