Ready to make a real impact by coaching our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical field technicians? Join Genz Ryan and help elevate our team's performance by providing real-time coaching and guidance during customer interactions.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide live coaching support to technicians during customer calls and appointments.
  • Help technicians present multiple service and product options effectively (Good, Better, Best).
  • Lead virtual presentations for larger ticket items, using video software to engage customers.
  • Partner with technicians to qualify leads and close sales.
  • Perform occasional ride-alongs to offer hands-on coaching.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to keep the team sharp.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a high-performing sales role.
  • Experience in residential services such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is highly preferred.
